At STACYC, we want to ensure your little ripper is completely satisfied with their new ride. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Gear

  Ensure the product is in its original packaging, unused, and including all chargers, manuals, and assembly tools.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, securely attach it to the original shipping box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return to confirm it meets our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
